Blender Gallery proudly presents "Every Picture Tells a Story, Baron Wolman, The Rolling Stone Years". A first-hand account of the halcyon days of rock n’roll and Wolman's memorable encounters with the rock stars of the day.
Fueled by the music and the times, Rolling Stone magazine was founded in 1967 by Jann Wenner. Among his friends interested in working on the project was the then 30 year old freelance photojournalist, Baron Wolman. During his three year tenure with Rolling Stone, Wolman’s lens captured the royalty of the 60’s and 70’s pop and rock explosion. This collection of pictures and the stories behind them cover some of the most significant artists and events in the history of rock n’ roll.
Exhibition Dates: Saturday 17th September – Saturday 22nd October
