"Have you always wanted to come on tour with Vivian Girls? Now is your chance to see if you've got what it takes!" boasts the tagline for the aptly titled VIVIAN GIRLS DECIDE-AN-ADVENTURE-THAT-IS-ALL-YOUR-OWN-FUN-TIME-GAME.
As announced on Katy Goodman's Twitter, the Vivan Girls have released a delightful text-based adventure game and here at TMN we thought we'd take it one step further than a mere mention and review it.
The most complicated aspect of the game was the installation (which really isn't that complicated if one follows the instructions laid out here. Once it is up and running, you'd best be prepared for a once in a lifetime chance to tour manage the Vivian Girls).
The plot of the game is simple; the girls are ready to go on a three-date tour and they're desperate for a new tour manager to smoothly facilitate their tour. Because you're obviously in love with a Vivian Girl if you play this game, the answers for the first few questions (and seemingly flirty responses) should come easily.

Beware though, it gets harder when your merch pricing and mathematical skills are put under the microscope. Do you price a shirt at $5, or is that too low? If I sell 15 of them, how many monies is that?
All in all, the combination of simple maths, Minor Threat references and the promise of further game development (as Katy continues to build on her coding skill), VIVIAN GIRLS DECIDE-AN-ADVENTURE-THAT-IS-ALL-YOUR-OWN-FUN-TIME-GAME is a winner.
Five spuds (or something)
The game is out now. Download it here.
