Crowded House, one of the most loved bands of the last couple of decades, has returned to release an album and head on a world tour. Anyone who saw them at their Opera House last gig must surely be kicking themselves...

Signing with Universal Music, Neil Finn, Mark Hart, Nick Seymour and Matt Sherrod have completed the new album Intriguer, for release in June through Universal Music worldwide.

Neil Finn said: "I look forward to a long and productive relationship with Universal Music, who are obviously the music company setting the benchmark now. We're delighted to be in the company of music-loving people who believe in us and are eager to spread the word."

Luckily for all those who know how amazing the band are live, Crowded House is heading out on tour from Sunday March 28 with dates in Australia and New Zealand. They play shows in Europe from May, and embark on a North American tour in July.

Crowded House will also be headlining at the West Coast Blues Festival in Fremantle on March 28 and in Byron Bay at the East Coast Blues Festival on April 4.
