A 30-year-old Queens resident has been discovered by police squatting in P. Diddy’s New York home.
According to the East Hampton Star, 30-year-old Quamine T. Taylor entered through the basement on April 1 and proceeded to eat his food, drink his alcohol, wear his clothes and sleep in his bed.
Some time later, an alarm was triggered, but the arriving investigator was turned away as Taylor answered the door and convinced him he was Sean Combs' cousin. After a caretaker called police later that night he was arrested inside the home and charged with petty larceny and criminal trespassing.
In an interview with the New York Post Taylor revealed this wasn’t the first squatting instance at Comb’s residence. “I’ve actually been going to the house from time to time since 2001. I stay there a lot, but Sean gets funny sometimes about me staying there.”
Taylor’s mother told the Post her son suffers from a mental illness and has been off his medication.
Taylor was held at Suffolk County Jail on $2,000 bail.
