BBM Music Australian preview

BlackBerry launches its new cloud-based social music application tonight at Trackdown Studios in Sydney with an industry forum, comprising of ten representatives from the music business.

The ten industry insiders will share and discuss their top five songs of all time, which will make up the first BBM Music Power 50 chart. The broadcast is able to be viewed via No Bad Seats from 5:30pm.

BBM Music allows BlackBerry users to build an evolving, community-based music library, beginning with their own 50-song collection, which expands as their share their tunes with their BBM music friends. All four majors are on board, with users' collections swelling as they connect with more BBM 'friends.'
