In further evidence that content really is king, Austereo will go from making content on-air and online to teaching it next month.
The radio network will give 20 Australians working in radio the opportunity to attend a Content Grad School in Melbourne on October 13.
The Grad School day will give attendees the chance to meet with and hear from radio industry movers and shakers to find out how they create Australia’s content for radio, online, video and social media.
“We’re giving people working in radio across Australia the opportunity to apply for a seat at our Content Grad School. We believe that our off air teams build that support our shows are just as important as the on air talent,” says Austereo’s Head of Content, Craig Bruce.
The content leaders will include some of Today and Triple M network’s talent from behind the scenes, including radio’s Matt Tilley, Global Brand Expert Mark Ritson and the Managing Director of Entertainment Strategy Planning, Brian Ford.
Entrants must have at least two or three years experience in radio and send their CV, current employment and air checks (if relevant) before Friday September 24, to seeradiodifferently.com/austereogradschool.
