Rdio to launch in Aus with Das Racist, Alpine and more

This Saturday Rdio will launch their Australian streaming service at Bondi's Beach Road Hotel with Vice magazine and bands including Das Racist, Canyons, Alpine and more.

Chateau Rdio will see the makers of Skype allow Australians access to over 12 million songs on their smartphone, iPad, in their car, or online. We will also be among those in Canada and the US who have built their own collection of music and use Rdio’s social media tools to build a network of artists, labels, magazines and bloggers etc. who share a similar taste in music.

Rdio are giving away 300 double passes to Chateau Rdio as well as free seven-day subscriptions, a year's subscription and flights and accommodation to attend the launch party on Saturday.
