Have you been longing for an event that is actually worth the $200 ticket price? Well, it looks like Splendour might be your saviour this year.
To celebrate their 10th birthday, organisers have gone all-out with their 2010 onslaught of talent, ready to take on the new Sunshine Coast site, Woodfordia. Let's be honest, we could name over 30 bands but here is the highlight instead: Pixies in their only Aussie show, The Strokes, Scissor Sisters, Goldfrapp, The Ting Tings, Band of Horses, and some more familiar festival faces in Florence and the Machine, Wolfmother and The Temper Trap.
