          <description><![CDATA[A homeless man in New York is suing Eminem for $9 million after alleging he stole the idea for the rapper's cameo in a 2011 Chrysler commercial. According to AllHipHop.com Stephen Lee Pieck, who filed the handwritten suit on January 12 and listed his address as &lsquo;homeless&rsquo; said he was in a Legal Seafood restaurant with Christina Aguilera and her ex-husband Jordon Bratman in September 2010 when the rapper phoned her.
