APRA AMCOS is seeking 2 Account Managers to join the Media Licensing team effective immediately.

 This role is permanent Full Time and is responsible for acquiring a high volume of data from multiple external sources and will be focused on the development of positive working relationship with clients, ensuring the quality of data being received is on time, to the required specification and of the highest standard. The role will manage the end to end responsibility of acquiring and ingesting data from data providers.


  • Develop and maintain working relationships with a large and diverse client base. Analyse, edit and load incoming usage data into the APRA AMCOS database, ensuring ingested data meets specification
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders where applicable to ensure a smooth flow of quality data from providers, to support licensing and distribution functions.
  • Identify and resolve problems from both a technical or content integrity standpoint, co-coordinating any investigation in to large anomalies with Manager


  • Experience developing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients
  • Excellent analytical skills with bigger picture understanding of processes
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills to manipulate and present data
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including ability to translate technical terminology to plain English
