Amrap Chart Wrap: Emily Wurramara and Big Scary Top the Community Radio Charts

The Amrap Metro and Amrap Regional Charts provide insight into what’s gaining airplay and attention on community radio. The charts show the top ten tracks ordered for airplay by community broadcasters through the Amrap’s AirIt music distribution service. This week seesEmily Wurramaraand Big Scary(pictured) take the top spots.

Emily Wurramara is killing it in the Amrap Regional Chart, taking #1 for the second week, while coming in at #2 in the Metro stakes. Emily recently dropped by PBS FM Melbourne for a chat and a live performance of her previous single Ngerraberrakernama (Wake Up) from the EP. She also called into Eastside Radio, to discuss her EP Black Smoke with Mel on Take One. The pop single has racked up airplay in every state and territory at stations including 8CCC in NT, 2XX Canberra, Twin Cities Radio in WA, 5 Triple Z, Radio Goolwa and WOW FM in SA, Noosa Community Radio, 4YOU and Valley FM in QLD, 94.7 The Pulse, UG FM, HOT FM, 3NRG and 3CR in VIC, 2EAR, 2REM, 2ser, 2NVR and 2SEA Sydney.

Bernard Fanning has climbed to #2 on the Amrap Regional Chart with Wasting Time. Thigh Master take #6 in the Amrap Metro Chart in their fifth charting week with Company having picked up spots in SYN Melbourne’s Sweet 16, RTR FM Perth’s Sound Selection and 4ZZZ Brisbane’s Top 20 new music list.
