Amrap Chart Wrap: Swim Team Join Mia Dyson At The Top Of The Community Radio Charts
The Amrap Metro and Amrap Regional Charts provide insight into what’s gaining airplay and attention on community radio. The charts show the top ten tracks ordered for airplay by community broadcasters through the Amrap’s AirItmusic distribution service. This week, Swim Team have moved into #1 in the Amrap Metro Chart, with Mia Dyson maintaining her hold of #1 in the Amrap Regional Chart.
Swim Team have risen to #1 in the Amrap Metro Chart, during their third appearance with the track ‘Positively Hopeless’. Watch the official clip for the track, which is one part of a two part video clip, with Lazertitscreating the counterpart, as featured via Amrap pages on station websites including Edge Radio in Hobart,4ZZZ in Brisbane, 107.3 HFM and Voice of the Avon in WA, 3MDR and Triple R in VIC, as well as 97.9 Valley FM,FBi Radio, 2GLF and Yass FM in NSW. Swim Team and Lazertits split 7” was included in PBS FM’s Top 10, with ‘Positively Hopeless’, the crunchy lo-fi pop track, receiving inclusions in SYN’s Sweet 16, Edge Radio’s New Music List and RTRFM’s Sound Selection, with further airplay from Voice of the Avon and 107.3 HFM in WA, Three D Radio, Coast FM and 5 Triple Z in SA, 4ZZZ, Fraser Coast FM and Radio 4EB in QLD, 2RRR, 2ser, SWR 99.9, Yass FM, 2MCR and 2SEA in NSW, Yarra Valley FM, 3CR, OCR FM, 3WAY FM, Seymour FM, Phoenix FM, 3WBC and 3UGE in VIC.
Mia Dyson has remained at #1 in the Amrap Regional Chart with her track ‘Gambling’. The blues-roots number, which centers around Dyson’s commanding vocals, has earned community radio airplay from Artsound FM in the ACT, 5 Triple Z and Fleurieu FM in SA, Star FM and City Park Radio in TAS, Harvey Community Radio, Voice of the Avon and KCR FM in WA, Noosa FM, Fraser Coast FM, 4ZZZ, Sunshine FM, and Radio 4EB in QLD, Northside Radio, Radio Norfolk, Nambucca Valley Radio, 2BOB Radio, Highland FM, Bay FM, TLC FM and 2ser in NSW, as well as 3CR, 3WAY FM, 99.1 Smart FM, UGFM – Radio Murrindindi, 99.9 Voice FM, 3MDR, 3MGB, 3RPC, Eastern FM and OCR FM in VIC.

Entering the Amrap Metro Chart at #2 is Miss Blanks with ‘Skinny Bitches’.
Listen to the audio of ‘Skinny Bitches’ as featured via Amrap pages on station websites including FBi Radio in Sydney, 4ZZZ in Brisbane, WOWFM in SA as well as Triple R in Melbourne. The hip-hop track, which develops around Miss Blanks ferocious and strong lyrics, coupled with Moonbase’s thick beats and gut punch bass lines, was included in 4ZZZ’s Top 20 and SYN’s Sweet 16, with additional airplay from PBS FM in Melbourne, as well as WOWFM and 5 Triple Z in SA.

Baker Boy
has debuted at #2 in the Amrap Regional Chart, whilst also holding onto #4 in the Amrap Metro Chart, with the killer track ‘Marryuna’. The Indigenous rap track was featured in SYN’s Sweet 16, with further plays from community radio stations including Yolngu Radio in NT, 4ZZZ and Radio 4EB in QLD, Koori Radio, 2WOW, Radio Skid Row and 2SEA in NSW, Voice of The Avon, 6FX, 6EBA and 107.3 HFM in WA, Tribe FM, Radio Alexandrina, WOWFM, Umeewarra Media, 5BBB, Three D Radio and 5 Triple Z in SA as well as 96.5 Inner FM, Main FM, OCR FM, Yarra Valley FM, 3CR, Plenty Valley FM, Hot FM, 979fm, PBS FM and Triple R in VIC.
Lazertits appear at #3 in the Amrap Metro Chart this week with their track ‘Lil’ Sister’.
